ONLY A FANBOY WOULD BELIEVE THAT MICRO$OFT COULD PATENT CONCEPTS LIKE IN-GAME CUSTOM SOUNDTRACKS!!!!!!

Embellished, because that's as retarded as you came off.

Of course, Nintendo's been successfully sued for that exact same thing like 20 times in the last decade (The ideas you claim cannot be patented). Konami's suing Harmonix on similar grounds.

Read the thread from there on if you want more information. You make claims about the domain of copyright and trademark that are clearly not true, as demonstrated by both the market and legal system (See: Suits against Nintendo, suit against Harmonix).

Further on, you try and make a claim about me that either demonstrates how readily you miss simple concepts or how dishonest you are. Despite having explained myself rather thoroughly, you bitch about negative rep and try and make it about how I'm repping you because I disagree with you. Not because you're spewing ignorance, claiming that only fanboys would disagree, etc. But then, that's not born out either, since I didn't do the same to other people who disagreed.

I bring that up only because it offers such a spectacular parallel to what you did here. Even when explained to you, you try and make it about something else. Something convenient, something that generally both ignores the actual matter and allows you to nail yourself up on that cross again.

And when nobody else agrees, you blame it on their fanboyism. It's not that you're wrong, it's that everyone who disagrees with you is a fanboy. Funny how that works.
