Sometimes bad movies can be pretty entertaining if you go into them not expecting something amazing.
Look at the Transporter movies. Those were bad because the stuff that happened was cheesy as fuck.. but they are entertaining to watch.
Don't know what you expect about a movie where people race and try to kill each other with weapons built into their cars. It is pretty much straight out of a video game.. Do you actually expect a movie like that to be spectacular or something?
