I would think so. The actual cast filming itself for a movie would be just a few weeks, I expect. A new series would take longer. but still perhaps 10 weeks max.
Main problem is aging. Have you seen Chris Barrie's hair lately?? How can he be Rimmer without the curly side parting?? The man is virtually bald!
