Everything about the song is awesome EXCEPT for Hetfields voice.
His voice sticks out badly and just doesnt work with the song for me. The song kinda feels like they were trying to go for a "Nothing Else Matters" vibe but hs voice just seems like its changed so much.

kinda agree with you. His voice just doesn't suit this song at all. Bar that, the song is amazing.
