Well you could be 100% right, David Carr and Matt Ryan after very different players. Carr played in Jeff Tedford's system which has produced some other extremely over hyped college QBs (due to their stats in college) such as Kyle Boller and Joey Harrington. Matt Ryan played in an NFL style offense and excelled in it in his first year (Boston College switched its coaching staff for his senior year)
