Shelton still has a shot to become a mainstay in the WWE. He is young and he is always getting better. The Shelton we have now is ages ahead of the Shelton we saw in the program u describe with HHH. He has been steadily building his skills and charisma, so I think he is a long way from being a flop.
Speaking of flops, I think the biggest flop was Rikishi. I was a huge fan of him as a face and was really intrigued by his heel run but then he just fizzled out.
