You raise a good point here, but it shouldn't take five stars leaving to convince them to better use their own talent. Their lackluster ratings and not-so-great buy rates should be enough of a kick in the ass. I know, I know they're making money but that doesn't mean they're doing everything they could be to produce good television and a good product.
Making money was step one. Now they have to move forward and improve; with or without these five talents.
