Well, I don't have a clue about the PS3 version, but here's what you do in the 360 Version, so it's probably similar.

  1. Download the update that was made available.
  2. Under "options," there should be an "export" option.
  3. Select it; they'll prompt you to buy the license.
  4. Once the purchase is made, the process should start.
