[EDIT:] wait, I'm stupid. There are a couple others.

Kinnikuman (Ultimate Muscle) has the old AKI engine (No Mercy, WCW Revenge, etc), so it's got some pretty fun gameplay, if you don't mind the overly cartoony looks. And I didn't think LoW 2 was that bad. Had a pretty nice grappling system. Just hope you don't mind the fact that all of the wrestlers look like plastic.

Anyways, if you're looking for realism, then you'll probably want to wait for the next WWE game to come out. If you're looking for just a fun rasslin game, I'd suggest giving those a rental or two.
