If all the tag teams get in that I think will be in, I think they'll break up the Countdown with one Raw team and one SD/ECW team each week:

This week: Cryme Tyme and DnD
Next week: Cade/Murdoch and Jesse/Festus
Week after: Londrick and Hawkins/Ryder
Final week: Rhodes/Holly and Miz/Morrison (both sets of default tag champs)

Out of all those, DnD are certainly the least likely to get in...but if there are no legends I think they'll get in just because it adds another tag team to the roster for use in the new tag match.
