Are you kidding? Twice? I can think of four occasions at least off the top of my head where you've made that joke about me, let alone "in general".
Do a search for "retard*" or "special*" or "mental*" or "handicap*" (gotta truncate, baby) and your name, and there are over 500 hits. No way were you talking seriously about retards and the mentally handicapped for all 500 of those.
