I'm pretty sure he makes a lot of this shit up simply because he knows he can't comprehend...What's that word...English, and so he just simply makes up various things based on the two or three words he actually knows.
It's kind of like punching a complex sentence into Wikipedia. Even the best hits usually only cover a couple of words, and clicking on it will likely give you something that is at best tangentially related to the initial topic. Thus, we get "Noid Posts." Long, linear posts, posts tangential to the original comment, posts that read like a fifth grader's book report, posts that infer things (And then take the "why should it be my fault that I was wrong?" Approach) that have no bearing on reality, or a combination of the above.
tl;dr version: Noid is dumb and illiterate.
