I think I'll make a CAW with a balanced rating of 60 or something, trying to make each stat a 6.

Then I'll copy that CAW over a bunch of times for nay other CAWs I want, and from there I can customize each guy in Career. They'll have the base stats down, I'll just play the matches to account for how I want each guy to fight.
