It should be all RB2 songs in a particular order. To be able to play it, the requirements are to have at least 900 stars and pass the "Rolling Stone" gig.
Of course, if you can beat the Endless Setlist 2 without pausing and failing a song (a total fail, not just one band member failing), you'll obtain the "Bladder of Steel" Achievement.
