I'd love to see him come back and get a good heel run on Raw. No matter how they booked him, eventually they would work out the E&C vs Hardys TLC match. Even if it was for one night only.
It'd be absolutely epic.
I'd love to see him enter, get a decent main event push even if he didn't win the title. Then conveniently start a program with Matt Hardy while Edge and Jeff are fueding on Smackdown.
Then work the programs together for a big payoff match. It'd be a pretty solid draw for them.
It'd also be nice to see the tag titles fueded over between two credible teams, who are now main event level. If only for one program, they'd mean something again.
