I think the gimmick, charisma and their mic skills means more than the wrestler in Sports Enteratinment. There are very few exceptions where someone got really over mostly on their wrestling (Bret Hart, Chris Benoit).

Don't get me wrong, being a good wrestler can mean a lot, but it's not necessary. Sports Entertainment is about the character development, not the in-ring aspect.
