I love Tennant, but 3 series is probably just about right for a doctor. As for a replacement - James Nesbitt has my vote. Somewhere said John Simm, and he would be perfect except he has already played The Master (brilliantly), so as much as he is the man (Life on Mars proves that) it just won't work for me.
