I can see them doing DLC updates until as late as next year's WM (no new match DLCs tho). I think we might actually get a large amount of DLC attires and wrestlers, maybe even people we didn't expect. I mean look at Rock Band...no matter how shitty some songs they release on DLC are, some people just absolutely have to have them all.
Admittedly, I have no idea how much effort goes into making the models outside of the scanning...but if it's somewhat quick I could even see them even releasing jobbers or people whose models were made but wound up not making the cut, because surely there will be people who would buy them.
