This is true, but the months of trial and the mounds of evidence kind of proved otherwise (regardless of the outcome). In Kobe's case, there was never a trial and the bitch recanted because she didn't want to testify because she was lying. I wouldn't put Kobe Bryant and OJ Simpson in the same boat.
