TNA is the better product right now. Scott Steiners promo at the start of the last impact before Turning Point was a better show opener than anything WWE have done in a long time. the PPV was great. Angle and his somersault bomb on Abyss was insane. Nash/Joe was a great match and AJ/Sting was good as well.
I think the corner is being turned to a degree. The only problem is with how this angle ends. Ideally, you need the Originals to win the final battle and the MEM to pretty much be gone from the company at the end. the issue with that is they are nearly all on big long contracts, so the fued is going to end weakly it would seem.
The option they do have is to make Sting the leader somehow. Maybe have Angle turned on, or have him jump sides somehow. Have him hold onto the belt for as long as possible, and then when his contract is up, have him take on Joe or AJ in a bigly built headline match and have TNA go over and Sting leave.
Either way, as long as MEM keep going over for the time being, this angle has alot of legs left in it.
And yes, I did turn off Raw early since it was obviously going to finish as a schmoz, and all the personal fueds running up to the PPV would peel off to fight each other.
