But hey, you like buying the extended warranty.

I know I could get the soundtrack elsewhere, but I've always been weird like that about buying CDs. The movie is a bonus. And at $10, it's actually a pretty good deal, considering retail on everything included would probably be around $55 normally.
Plus, I'm guessing you've been lucky enough to never have anything break down on you. I've worked in retail, and it is soul crushing when someone like you, who didn't buy the warranty, comes back to try and get a replacement and the store is like "kiss my ass, talk to the manufacturer" and the manufacturer is like "ching chang chong, not manufacturer defect, kiss my ass" and they have to buy another TV or stove or whatever. It just happens too frequently.
As a sales guy, I used to look out for my customers. I wouldn't even bring up a warranty on shit that I knew would last forever or where getting a warranty wasn't worth the price. But for big shit that'll cost you $1500 - $5000 or more, you'd be crazy not to have that protection.

Word. Only time I felt ripped off buying a deluxe edition was with Fable 2.
