I don't think you can pay by paypal
You can pay online using a credit card and download it at that time
Or you can pay by money or phone order (or something like that) and they give you a key to downloaded it, something on those lines
OR you can pay an extra $10 and they will send you a CD of the game, I would guess you could pay for it in all sorts of ways
