Think about Angle. He's one of the best wrestlers in the world, a top guy, and one of the best ever. He also gets guys over.
Not as much as HHH though. Think of what Angle did for Joe. I would imagine, if he wanted to, HHH could do twice as much for Joe.
I'm not saying the matches would be as good, but he just has that quality.
