I'm thinking of this in terms of who gives the better rub, Angle or HHH. Whether it be a hypothetical scenario of both in modern WWE, or their track records from 2000-2006.

Angle's the better wrestler, but I don't feel he gets guys over the way HHH does. I'm thinking more than in ring of course too.
