Wonder how DP would opt to spin this. His own source for game sales has shown Sony struggling, Microsoft improving, and Wii dominating (as we all knew it would....). There are news reports on their shortcomings, too. Or, as DP might say, "everyone's an XBot!"
Sony, by the way, is in a difficult position. They concurrently can't afford a price cut and can't afford not to cut prices. Cutting the prices on the PS3 will result in some huge financial hits for them, but it's the only way they can really stay competitive at this point, in terms of sales. Especially with better, cheaper BD players on the market now. Back when it was the PS3 or a grand, the BD drive looked good. Now I can get a better player with better features for less than half the price.
This is the problem with fanboy logic: Wanting it to be true doesn't make it so.
