Thr IWC hates the Rock, why is this hard to believe that Angle killed him? Everybody is still mad bitter at him for being an actor as opposed to a wrestler. The Rock beat HBM and then went on to go against :

Trish Stratus
Lance Storm
Owen Hart

and then... Kurt Angle. Of course he beat a bunch of people before Kurt cause they weren't really competition. Angle was.

I am not even going to begin to explain how ridiculous this this rating system is. There have only been two winners so far and one of them is Taz. Jesus.
