In PvP, it's really useful, because you can generate health back at a decent enough rate. In raids though, it probably wouldn't be
that useful, since even mine only ticks for about 840 each pulse, and that's with over 1700 spell power. When you're fighting raid bosses that hit for 5-6k, it won't save you. It might buy you time for a healer to throw off an
actual heal, but it won't save you.
