I never go to the Horde cities but I am aware that Thrall rules Orgrimmar (and is Warchief of the Horde), Sylvanas Windrunner presides in the Undercity, Cairne Bloodhoof is the master of Thunder Bluff, and Lor'themar Theron has assumed control of the Blood Elves in Silvermoon following Kael'Thas' betrayal in Outland.
