That's why wrestling needs a heel character like Bobby Heenan on commentary, talking about what an idiot *insert MITB winner here* is for cashing in now...until they win and start talking about what a phenomenon they are!

Seriously, though, glory would be the only reason to cash it in at WrestleMania. The wrestler cashing in would need to believe that not only are they entitled to the WWE or World Heavyweight Championship, but that they want it at that year's WrestleMania.

Closing out WrestleMania XXV as World Champion is a pretty big thing, so I could understand why someone might be so impatient as to gamble it on facing the guy after he just wrestled a main event match.

But another thing: The Money in the Bank title shot does not need to be cashed in for physical abuse to be laid down, I assume. The MITB winner could come out, attack whoever is World Champion, and then only cash in *if* they get them in a position where there is little doubt they will go over.
