Austin inducted Bret. They're not close. They respect the shit out of eachother. There are plenty who are closer friends with Bret, but it's about many things.
Flair and Austin are a similar relationship, and both would likely be honored.

Hogan was inducted by Sylvester Stallone for fucks sake.

I stand by Flair being the second or third most probable and logical pick here.
