How is Mae Young giving birth to a hand not the automatic answer? Seriously, a 80+ year old woman starts fucking a 400 lb. black Olympian and she gives birth to a hand in the arena with cameras. Pat Patterson and Gerald Brisco are there too for some reason, and one of those two puke.
