To be honest I don't think it's all that bad. I mean, the move and the guy giving it isn't going to be any better or worse from the change. The name was stupid anyways. It was funny as a parody of the F5, when he was in the midcard, but now that both of those things are long gone it's pretty pointless.
My two cents is, the name change is inconsequential here. Still, if they're going to change the name they might as well have him start using a new move altogether to accompany the name, since it sucks to begin with.
I've also seen a major move undergo a name change while staying the same in the middle of a run. Maybe early in a career, or with a promotion or gimmick change, but never like this.
