Yes, which is funny because Bischoff would be the type of guy rooting for him to get a third strike so he could benefit from the release. He'd hire him no questions asked, and condone a "Jake Roberts Hall of Fame" lifestyle in the name of the weekly ratings. At the very least he'd look the other way. Of course, it wouldn't matter very long because he'd find a way to turn a bonafide draw into a midcarder, while releasing midcarders who become bonafide draws.
