GOD DAMMIT
So I further experiment with the playlist thing and check to see if the game will pick up the playlist with none in the HDD at all. Odd things went down, as well a big fuck up on my part due to my brother's ghetto fucking Xbox.
Even with the computer having playlists, the game didn't seem to recognize any playlists once I cleared them out of the HDD (my bro's idea, go figure). So when I went to the Create and Entrance the game was freezing a bit as if it didn't know what to do without the preset track. It started to run again after a few seconds. Then the User Playlist appeared empty, just in black font and pulsing. I figure the XB needs at least one playlist to access the others.
So I go get a CD and figure I rip one track and and make one playlist and see what happens. But my bro's XBox has this issue with the tray being stuck when its moved even slightly from the console (the result of a past accident involving too many damn kids in the house). I stumble laying the CD in the tray and it gets stuck. I recall my bro saying the solution is to simply jam it back in. Sounded reckless, but it worked when he did it. So I 'jam it in', and it all goes to shit. Now the tray is stuck inside the console, from the looks of it conclusively so.
Bro tells me you had to jam it in a certain way. DETAILS, PEOPLE, IT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE.
So my experiment is unfinished and I may have nothing but XBLA games to chew on until a new 'Box is purchased.
