If there is a maximum of 9 matches and every title (of which there are 9) needs to be used...that pretty much means you HAVE to do one double-title match of some kind if you want to also do a MITB.

That rule wouldn't matter so much to me with how I'd book things...I have a pretty good idea of what the card would be - I'll do it later though as I'm about to go to work.
