I wish it happened more often. Not in such a "we're demoting you" way, but in a "this title isn't the world title, but it means a shitlaod too" type of way.
Kind of like here. It didn't seem like a step down for HHH and Kane, because it was more of a step up for the title.
If they kept it that way, and former champions like HHH, Kane and Angle were trading the belt around, it them would have meant more when non-former champions were winning it here and there (before they had been elevated).
