I wish wrestling were more like Oz, actually. The WWE should fire Brian Gerwitz and hire Tom Fontana.

RAW = Emerald City
SmackDown! = Unit B
ECW = Death Row

The road agents and referees play the role of the COs and SORT team, and the unit managers are the General Managers, working under the Chairman of World Wrestling Entertainment, "Warden" McMahon.

And of course the wrestlers play the role of the inmates, with violence being their go-to way of solving their petty little problems.
