Jericho would be the better Austin match. If Austin goes over Cena, nothing happens, and same for Cena going over Austin.

If Austin goes over Jericho, Jericho would lose a ton of heat. If Jericho goes over Austin, that would be huge for him. Now seeing that it's Austin's last match and it's in Texas, I don't know that this would happen, but who knows. Rock and Foley put over Evolution in their last Mania match.

Also, pairing Jericho with Austin leaves Cena free to work with Taker. That could make for a decent Mania match.
