Does anyone know what Zangief says in one of his celebration taunts after winning a round? He says something, I'm guessing in Russian, when he points both his fingers in the air. I think he said the same thing in Street Fighter II where he points to the sky and then does a Hulk Hogan type pose. It's bugged me for a while now.

I tried searching Google but all I got was information saying he is a homosexual because he has the appearance of a stereotypical gay man by Japanese standard and he dislikes "Young beautiful ladies.". I never knew that.
