Eddie Guerrero was about to reach new heights as a performer in 2005, I think. If you believe the rumours, he was about to win the World Heavyweight Title off Batista, because he was just too much of a fireball for the WWE to deny.

If he didn't die, I truthfully believe that eventually he would have become "the guy" in the WWE. He never even got to run on RAW as a main eventer. Imaging main event programs with Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Chris Jericho and even John Cena just do awesome things to the mind.
