Santana threw a 35 pitch bullpen session at about 80-85% effort and reports that he feels good. The tightness in his elbow hasn't re-developed so they canceled his MRI, partly because of that and partly because NY is gonna be getting a Noreaster.

They are hopeful that even if he winds up missing Opening Day, he'll still be ready to be plugged in somewhere in the first turn of the rotation.
