The IC Title was the top title of RAW heading into WrestleMania XXV, and now it is the top title of SmackDown!. Go, IC belt, go.

It's a mess the WWE is making, but I'm sure they've got a plan with it. Hey, at least SmackDown! got the real Women's Title.
