Do you have AIM 5.1? If you do, go like this:

My AIM > Manage Linked Screen Names > Link/Unlink Screen Names > Then put in the screen name/password

Your second screen name will always sign on when you sign on unless you unlink it.

edit- I'm not sure if it's 5.1 but its the newest version of AIM
