Dunno how the Orlando place is setup, in boston people do it because of traffic...
trying to get on trains, or elevators or to their car... usually just to sit in the garage for 30mins...
I normally do the opposite and wait... figure i'd rather hang out in the seats then be stuck in my car in the garage....
