Goldberg is pure Muscle and a guy like him, theres not much the creative writing div. can do with him, Lesnar atleast had a personality (to an extent). Goldberg you can only do so much with him since he would suck hard as a heel, and hes not really a face, so hes just diehard Muscle dude with an attitude.
