Assistant head coach and receivers coach Clyde Christensen is overseeing the offense following Moore's departure while Pete Metzelaars, Mudd's assistant, has taken over full-time position duties. The team also hired interns Frank Winters and Ron Johnson to help with the offensive line and receivers, respectively.

"It's not normal not having a full coaching staff,'' Manning said. "I know we hired a couple of guys to come in, but these guys are learning. They're not offering a lot of coaching out there, I can assure you of that.''

Manning just blew up these new coaches we hired. Pretty funny. I agree tbh. I dont know what the fuck is going on with this retirement BS. But hiring a new O Coordinator and a new O Lineman coach is not a good thing. These guys have to come in and adjust to Manning and the Colts. They cant just bring there own system in. Especially when the system we run has been perfected and worked for the last 10 years. So how can they possibly go coach Manning and this offense? It's a shitty situation. Not the coaches fault, but Manning is right.
