As storylines go, I really like the Lizard/ Dr. Connors one the most. It involves both Parker and Spidey with alot of catch-22 situations within. Also, it keeps chronology pretty accurate as well. Anyways, it's the one I'd love to see next.
I dunno about the chronology bit, but then, I've kinda said fuck it chronology-wise.

I mean, Mary Jane wasn't the girl next door, Doc Ock was introduced before Goblin (I think), and Goblin definitely wasn't the first nemesis...
