Well Stallworth probably had the best lawyers working for him. Also you don't need to pass the bar to understand the FL DUI laws - there isn't a 4 year minimum if the drunk driver wasn't the only one at fault in the accident. Stallworth technically wasn't the only 1 at fault since the man he hit was jaywalking on a 6 lane road.
I don't know what exactly goes into being under house arrest but I would think that would limit his ability to play in the NFL, not totally sure though
