Lewis never trained properly for that fight (no excuse but the facts) and didn't prepare for fighting at altitude. Don't care if you are Lewis, Holyfield, Ali, Marciano or Louis, any heavyweight fighter who does that and has his mouth wide open when taking a punch from a 235lbs man is going to get knocked out.
