Sorry, I think you have it the other way around... I'll see if I can pull some old articles later, the Canadiens were killed by "friendly fire" the "friendlies" being USA and then Canadian Fans I thought it was a Leafs game, but it could have been Vancouver boo'd the US anthem and then the favor was returned, if I have a chance later (probably tomorrow) I'll see if I can find some articles from then online.
